bingstein
Was that a WT 12 Cheesy Gold Foil? Love that stuff.Yessir. It was great. A lot of oak. I had trouble picking between the 8 and 12 to be honest. They each had something different that I liked. The 12 was more complex and hard to wrap my head around. The 8 was more "drinkable" but less complex.
KJND
Started with JDSB, then on to a little Dickel Rye and finishing the night with some Stagg Jr... good start to the weekend!
T Comp
Putting a hurting on this bottleOne hard not to. The luscious barrel sugars in the RR 10-101 are not contained with as much depth and complexity in many other bourbons. Got to believe there were some more than 10 years old in the dump. Great stuff. thiemb
Finished a Binny's FR OBSF and opened an ORVW 10/107 '13. The Old Rip 10 is really nice this year.

yountvillewjs
4R 125th -- thanks to the flippers on FB, I've been able to acquire a number of these for much lesser bottles. Fortunately, flippers don't drink or else these would be impossible to get

zillah
Colonel EH Taylor Small Batch. I have previously liked this before and think this is the best looking bottle in the biz, but I am really loving this stuff right now. PA had a 1 day sale of this stuff at $25 and I am now wishing I picked up at least half a case of this stuff. BIB around 7 year old juice on the higher racks in the warehouse? Sign me up. It has a really nice old school barnyard must, butterscotch and cherry bourbon flavor. Really starting to love it.

suntour
Old Forrester signature. Trying to drink this to stave off temptation to attack the (already opened) second bottle of OFBB I've had this year.
Virus_Of_Life
William Heavenhill, probably the best bourbon Heaven Hill has ever produced and it got no love. Truly Fabulous stuff!
squire
Finished out the evening with some Jack Daniels Black Label which I had purchased for a dinner guest. I don't want to be outright dismissive because it has some points I may examine a bit further, but compared to the 90 proof version of 30+ years ago this 80 proofer brings to mind the Dorothy Parker quip "there's no there there". smknjoe
That's a very impressive flight. When or if you are inclined to tell us which you preferred and why that would be cool. You don't have to rank all of them (unless you feel compelled to) but maybe your top 5 or 10 would be nice. Thanks.Edit: ...also were you impressed or disappointed with any in particular?
