Thomm
Finishing off the last of the Kentucky Vintage tonight. This Willet stuff is so cinnamon-forward, it kind of works to the detriment of anything else in the flavor profile.
markandrex
Some JDSBBP, this bottle is a 133.5 proof, just to take the chill off!
IamMatt
Turning out to be a wheater night. Started with a toast to my (late) best friend's granddaughter on her second birthday from a special bottle, a Larceny barrel pick from the liquor store my friend worked at 50 years ago when we first became friends. Moved on to a Larceny BP A123 sample bottle that came from a giveaway at one of my local whiskey club's events. Now I am on a Rebel cask strength Binny's store pick that I bought when I was in Illinois on my road trip last July. Thinking of finishing the night with some Journeyman Corset whips and whiskey.
smokinjoe
If anyone had told me that I would buy multiple bottles of Legent before I purchased my first, I would have said they were crazy. It’s a friggin’ gimmick, I thought! Years later I’m several in, and really enjoy it. Color me, surprised…and content. Picked up another today, and using it to take the edge off of a wicked week at the plastic factory.

MM818
This bottle has been sitting precariously on top of a bunch of other unopened bottles in the corner of my office. Figured it was time to see what the hullabaloo was all about for the second offering of 2023. Heavy mouthfeel, sweet, drinks below its proof. I get it!
Thomm
Knob Creek 12 with a little ice water on the side. I am two weeks away from yet another trip southward, whereupon I will assuredly again raid the Indiana stockpile of this aforementioned deliciousness, much to the chagrin of certain Hoosiers who shall remain unnamed.

Skinsfan1311
I made the mistake of making an Old Fashioned substituting leftover salted maple syrup for the SS. We had ~ 1/2 oz left and I dumped all if it in. (I typically use a bar spoonful of SS) That, combined with Sagamore DO rye, made for a cloyingly sweet drink. It became a drain pour after the first sip This should reset my palate nicely... Edited January 20 by Skinsfan1311

mbroo5880i
Enjoying NFL Playoffs. Yes, @fishnbowljoe even though there is a new Hallmark movie on, I am watching football. Now my wife could very well come into the family room and turn the channel and throw the Hallmark blanket on my football watching but I doubt it. Wait, a minute, "Yes, honey, I have it on Hallmark..." Started out with a nice pour a Ritt BIB single barrel store pick. Now, enjoying a nice pour of HMcK10. Heaven Hill is singing tonight. Is that a bandage due to a triceps injury due to such a heavy pour? It was almost hidden by the camoflauge. I have found that sometimes drinking whiskey isn't ergonomic. It can make your arm sore but it is never a pain in the ace. Edited January 21 by mbroo5880i
