emr454
Had a 50:50 vatting of WT101 and FR1B last night. VERY tasty mix there. The WT101 adds some spicy finish to the FR that works really well for me.Eric

theglobalguy
EC12 followed by HH 6yr BIB while playing Titanfall. I swear it improved my reaction time, or maybe i was more focused on the bourbon.ETA : auto-correct fixed. flahute
Drinking the Colonel's Small Batch again because the bottom of the bottle is close and I'm thinking about bringing something up from the bunker. I do enjoy this one and will consider buying it again. I followed it up with some WT101 and was once again reminded of how good this sub $20 bourbon is. Very different profile of course, but such a better value than the CEHT Small Batch.
CL
Started out happy hour by cracking open a bottle of FR SmB LE 2012. My first and only bottle of it. Wow. Now I know what all the fuss was about. Right now, relaxing with the house bourbon, the sb.com 60/40 weller mix. This stuff is candy and my current bottle has gone quickly. Good thing I have two more mingling in the bunker. 393foureyedfox
made it a HH 90-100 proof sampling night. In order of preference, I rate them:HH6BIBLarcenyHH6 90 proof green labelall are good, but the Larceny beats the HH6 90 due to Larceny's sweet entry. And the 6year BIB beats the Larceny due to a similar sweetness but the benefit of a bit more proof.
hn4bourbon
Opened my bottle of booker's batch 2013-7. Flavorful but a bit hot right now. I'm going to sip this one slowly:)

TunnelTiger
Some HH90 in my coffee and now in a bloody mary. Really prefer a min of 100 proof in my bloody marys.

Gillman
Old Fitzgerald's 1849. I've bought this off and on over the years and this is the best one (i.e., since Bernheim has been making it under HH). The raw, "wheaty" notes that used to obtrude are at a minimum and there is a welcome sweet oaky note which is very pleasant. It's not the Fitz that we know and love from the classic era but it's very nice and well-suited to neat drinking. You can really see the difference from a rye-recipe bourbon.Gary

mbroo5880i
Last night was a rye then bourbon night. Ritt BIB (DSP 354) and then AAA10. I guess both are on the soon to be extinct list. Tonight, I am trying a vatting of both (3:2 Ritt:AAA10). To be honest, it tastes a lot like ETL. The proof is 94.4.
whiskeyagonzo
Good to hear. I am working on a TPS OESK and I love it! I went to Crown's FR tasting last Fall. I guess I better add this one to my buy list before it is all gone!
