Stones
EC12 for me. Went to buy an EWSB '97 and the EC12 was on special again. This pour just keeps on treating me right I always have the same dilemma too, the EW'97/'98 just doesn't do it for me anywhere near as much as the EC12 - that being a good EC12 and not a tainted one of course. Luna56
I'm off in the morning to snag a couple bottles of Baby Saz. I'll have to order some FR1B from Binny's or make the trip to Kappy's over the state line (in MA). Brought some FR1B to Italy last year as a gift for some friends and it went over way big. Hope some Baby Saz goes over as well.Cheers!

A couple months ago they had a bunch in Portsmouth, but now the only place in our neck of the woods that carries it is one of the Hampton stores (I'm imagining the bigger one). Nashua has some & a couple are in Bedford, but those are both a trek. Anyway, thought you'd like to know -- I'm sure you've been checking it out. If you spend $75 at the NH store right now, they're giving you a $10 gift card! Have fun shopping.
Stones
I posted yesterday that i myself had been ferreting for some elusive dusties and after a long hiatus from discovering any i have some and also some not so dusty specimens to exhibit. I received the Centennials just this morning from asking a friend in Hebron KY randomly in the off chance if he knew of some, somewhere that i could buy. I was floored when he said he could get me 2 of them!!! Even though they are the Frankfort bottlings it may be the only ones i might ever lay my hands on!! He also got me the PVW15yo and the Old Weller which i've never tasted so i am fairly excited by this latest haul. Anywho, the other bottles are a few others that have come into my possession this last week or so too. Which one should i open first my fellow SBers?

MissingKY
I got an EWSB 1988 today, which I'm pretty excited about. It's a bottling commemorating Tennessee's 1998 NCAA football title, so the wax is Volunteer orange. As a die-hard Kentucky fan, I knew I had to remove the Tennessee football sticker from the bottle if I ever wanted to enjoy the bourbon, but I think I'm stuck with the revolting orange wax. MissingKY
Picked up a BHC bottle of Weller Centennial today. I've already got one that I'm enjoying, but I figured I'd kick myself forever if I left something that good (and S-W to boot) on the shelf and somebody else snatched it up. Worst-case scenario it's a nice trade goodie.

heatsaver
I decided to try something cheaper. I bought a bottle of Henry McKenna 80 proof tonight for $18.00. For a cheaper bourbon-it's not bad. I'd be interested to hear from anyone else who has tried it.

Maddog918
This last weekend my buddy had a BBQ and I brought some shrimp and crawfish for the feast. We also had several poeple bring different whiskies. So I purchased and brought to the party Rittenhouse BIB, Evan Williams Single Barrel, Dickle #12 and Georgia Moon corn whiskey. I also brought FRSmB that I had on hand. A good BBQ it was.Brian

JamesW
Snagged a Stagg 2008. I'd been watching this one at a local store for a while waffling as to whether or not to pay the premium they were asking for it. I picked up my last one for $17 bucks less but my want overtook reasonableness and I had to have it.
DoubleT
Today I bought a bottle of Wild Turkey 101. It wasn't the plan but the local liquor store was closing out some gift sets so I picked up the bottle along with 2 glasses for $1.00 more than the bottle alone. And it has been some time since I had WT in my stock so I figured why not.
